Many of my patients are planning summer travel and asking about IBD-friendly snacks and tips for staying comfortable while away from home.
So I put together this special checklist to help make packing easier.
It includes healthy, convenient snack ideas and other essential items that may come in handy for those with IBD. Not everything will apply to every patient, so encourage them to pick what works best for their needs.
Whether it’s a weekend getaway or a longer vacation, a little extra prep can go a long way in helping them feel more confident and comfortable on the go.
